ROMANOZ
ROMANOZ, a visionary Georgian artist, has been at the forefront of Transcendental Art, which invites viewers a subconscious journey through themes of infinity, parallel consciousness, perception, and spatial depth. His artistic exploration began in 1997-98, rooted in Vedic philosophy, and evolved over a decade of graphic work. ROMANOZ has showcased his unique vision in numerous solo exhibitions, including the Adjara Museum of Art, the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi, the Alexander Chavchavadze House Museum, and various private galleries across Georgia.
As his artistic practice developed, ROMANOZ expanded his mediums to include silicone/wood, oil on canvas, and acrylic, with notable presentations at the Georgian National Museum. In 2013, he established the Apollo cinema gallery in Batumi, further cementing his influence in the art community. His talent caught the attention of the Royal Family Club of the Netherlands, leading to an invitation to exhibit in Amsterdam.
Since 2015, ROMANOZ has explored the theme of Quantum of Wish Fulfillment, culminating in the founding of ART SEA in 2017. His innovative ideas even intrigued filmmaker David Lynch, who expressed interest in a transcendental museum plan. In 2018, he presented his work in Moscow, in connection with the prestigious Tretyakov Gallery.
A remarkable milestone in ROMANOZ's career occurred on August 24, 2019, when he launched three of his artworks from Batumi to the stratosphere, reaching an altitude of 45,000 meters, with the journey meticulously documented for posterity. His practice seamlessly integrates architecture, technology, and AI, reflecting a modern approach to art. ROMANOZ's works have garnered the admiration of notable figures, including David Lynch and Björk, testament to his profound impact on contemporary art.
